Exhibit A to UCC-1 Financing Statement
(Collateral Description)

This collateral description template is attached as an exhibit to a UCC-1 financing statement. An exhibit is attached to a UCC-1 financing statement when the collateral description will not fit in item 4 of the UCC-1: Financing Statement or item 12 of the UCC-1: Financing Statement Addendum. This template contains practical guidance and drafting notes. When this Exhibit A is utilized, you must incorporate it by reference on the corresponding UCC-1 financing statement, for example by entering "See Exhibit A" or "See additional description of the collateral attached" in item 4 of the UCC-1. This template contemplates an "all assets" collateral description. You should conform the collateral description to the collateral package described in the corresponding security agreement.
