Summary

This template is an Employment Application that gathers information from a job applicant so that an employer can determine the applicant’s suitability for a position. It is intended for private employers. It does not differ from the non-jurisdictional Employment Application, except that it contains drafting notes and optional clauses that address issues under both Texas and federal law. This template does not cover all local law requirements; thus, you should review relevant local laws.
