Summary

Employers may use this Employer Support Letter (I-140 Immigrant Visa Petition) (EB-1-3 Manager or Executive) to support an I-140 EB-1-3 immigrant visa petition under section 203(b)(1)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. § 1153). An employer would file this support letter on behalf of a foreign national currently employed on a temporary basis as an L-1A intracompany transferee in either a managerial or executive capacity whom the employer seeks to employ as a manager or executive on a permanent basis upon receipt of the employee’s lawful permanent residence.
