Drafting the Application Order (BC)

Summary

This checklist details the steps involved in drafting the application order. It is general practice is that the parties, not the court, are responsible for preparing the order. It is recommended practice that the application with a draft order already be prepared so that it may be endorsed by the court immediately after the application if successful. Counsel must draft their order in accordance with the Supreme Court Civil Rules, {B.C. Reg. 168/2009}, r. {13-1}.
