Summary

This template is a Defendant's Objections and Responses to Interrogatories for use by a defendant accused infringer responding to interrogatories from a plaintiff patent owner. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 33(b) you must serve written objections and/or responses within 30 days of being served with interrogatories and your client must verify the responses under oath. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. This template also includes sample objections and responses to a patent owner's interrogatories, along with a verification template.
