DOJ Antitrust Case Tracker (Civil Nonmerger)

Summary

This tracker provides a summary of recent Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) enforcement actions in behavioral or conduct cases, rather than in merger cases. This tracker focuses on civil cases. Pursuant to Section 4 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, the DOJ can bring cases in federal court to prevent and restrain violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. The tracker lists the case name, the date the DOJ brought the action, and a short description of the DOJ's allegation, the remedy sought or obtained, and resolution or status. The cases are listed in reverse chronological order, by the date of the complaint. This tracker is reviewed regularly and updated as needed.
