DOJ Antitrust Case Tracker (Civil Nonmerger)

Summary

This tracker provides a summary of recent Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) enforcement actions in behavioral or conduct cases, rather than in merger cases. This tracker focuses on civil cases. Pursuant to Section 4 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, the DOJ can bring cases in federal court to prevent and restrain violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. The tracker lists the case name, the date the DOJ brought the action, and a short description of the DOJ's allegation, the remedy sought or obtained, and resolution or status. The cases are listed in reverse chronological order, by the date of the complaint.
