Ct. 3-23a3 and 3-23c, by moving to dismiss the action on the grounds that each of them was a resident of Prince George's County and maintained an office in that county only, and that the acts complained of all took place in that county. The trial court granted the lawyers' motion to dismiss the case. The court of appeals found that the allegations of the client were not denied by the lawyers in their motion to dismiss.
