Summary

This checklist sets out the considerations and issues for debtors and creditors to keep in mind when preparing for a credtors' meeting under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-34 ("CCAA"). There are several matters that warrant consideration when preparing for a creditors' meeting to vote on a plan of compromise and arrangement, and these matters obviously vary depending on a particular party's interests and position.
