Summary

This template can be used by a party who, being a co-tenant of a piece of real estate, asks for the division of the property held in common pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. No. 1551–1574. The template must contain a description of the property and a statement of the nature and extent of each party's interest therein. This template is intended for use in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and includes practical guidance, drafting notes and alternate clauses.
