This template of Warrant to purchase common stock may be used in a PIPE transaction and is typically issued as an equity "kicker" to an investment in common stock or convertible securities. The warrant entitles the holder to purchase a specified number of shares of common stock at a particular exercise price for a period (typically three to seven years, with five years being most common).
