HOLDINGS: [1]-In an action challenging provisions of an ordinance, claimants' motion to compel discovery of, among others, all case files for complaints of discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation was granted, and court ruled that production of these documents will be subject to a protective order precluding claimants from disclosing any document included in the production in any way outside the litigation, however, the court did not require defendants to produce documents related to historical complaints of discrimination because the complaints dated back forty years and claimants had not offered any reason to doubt their authenticity.
