This is a Channeling Injunction checklist, which can be used to guide attorneys representing debtors proposing a channeling injunction in a plan of reorganization. Generally, a channeling injunction protects future claimants who did not realize they had a claim against the debtor until long after the debtor's estate was depleted by claimants whose symptoms presented earlier and whose claims were paid years earlier.
