Summary

This template is a certification of completeness that must be provided by a party under N.J. Ct. R. 4:18-1(c) when responding to requests for production of documents (RFPs). It includes practical guidance and drafting notes. The New Jersey Court Rules require the responding party to certify (or aver) that his/her responses are complete and accurate based on personal knowledge and/or upon information if provided by others, whose identity and source of knowledge shall be disclosed. N.J. Ct. R. 4:18-1(c). This certification typically appears at the bottom of your RFP responses.
