This template certificate includes a certificate of incumbency that certifies the names, titles, and signatures of the individuals who have authority to execute binding agreements on behalf of the general partner entity, in its capacity as general partner of the borrower. Any general partner of the entity that is the general partner of the borrower may execute this certificate.
