Summary

This certificate of discharge of lien claim may be used by a lien claimant to direct the county clerk to discharge a lien claim of record. This discharge of lien claim must be filed by the lien claimant, the claimant's successor in interest, or claimant's attorney. N.J.S. 2A:44A-30(a).
