This checklist provides an overview of the required elements of a broker-dealer’s business plan. The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) requires a broker-dealer to provide a separate business plan with its New Membership Application (Form NMA), as set forth in FINRA Rule 1013(a)(1)(E).
