Summary
This memorandum of law in support of summary judgment addresses an employee's disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The district court granted this summary judgment motion because plaintiff could not establish that she is otherwise qualified for the position, either with or without a reasonable accommodation.
