These template organizational meeting minutes can be used to record the organizational meeting of a Nevada business corporation. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. The first board of directors of a Nevada corporation must be named in the articles of incorporation. Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 78.035(4). Nevada does not permit the incorporator(s) to elect directors or adopt bylaws. This template should be used when an actual meeting is held.
