Summary

This resource kit provides an overview of important topics when handling transactional matters in bankruptcy cases. Bankruptcy practice consists of both transactional and litigation matters. Most bankruptcy attorneys (and some attorneys in other practice areas, such as finance) will be involved in transactions with distressed entities either in or outside of bankruptcy during their career (even if their primary practice is bankruptcy litigation).
