This checklist sets out the matters to be considered in negotiating an asset-based loan from both the viewpoint of the asset-based lender or from the viewpoint of the borrower. It includes the amount and availability, nature of the credit facilities available, currency and interest rates, syndicated facility, priority issues, additional fees, termination rights, security requirements, delivery requirements and financial covenants.
