Summary

This practice note discusses how to best balance the benefits of data-hungry artificial intelligence (AI) tools against associated risks to employee privacy. AI tools are fundamentally changing how employers hire and manage employees and how employees do their work. These changes are in many ways exciting, as they enable employees to focus more on the tasks they care about, and that drive their success, by delegating time-consuming procedural tasks to AI.
