Architect Services Agreement
Summary
This architect services agreement template can be used by an owner and an architect to set forth the responsibilities of the architect in connection with the design and construction of a building. This template includes practical guidance, drafting notes, and optional clauses. The purpose of this agreement is to state the scope of the architect's services of the architect and describe the drawings and other deliverables that the architect is required to provide. The agreement also lays out the fees to be paid to the architect, when those fees are paid, and the schedule for when the services will be provided.
