Archer Medical Savings Account

Summary

An account to which pre-tax contributions are made to reimburse the eligible medical expenses of the account beneficiary pursuant to I.R.C. § 220. These accounts cannot be established after 2007 and can only be maintained by self-employed individuals or businesses with fewer than 50 employees.
