Appearance Release

Summary

This appearance release template may be used when an adult individual agrees to grant a person or entity the right to exploit the individual’s filmed appearance. This template includes a release of all legal claims associated with the released party's authorized exploitation of the filmed footage. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. In this agreement, the releasing party grants the company the non-exclusive and non-sublicensable right to photograph and film the releasing party and exploit the results and proceeds of such footage solely for use in connection with the production or distribution of the final work product.
