Summary

This template is an anti-harassment policy (with acknowledgment) for use by private employers in Oklahoma to summarize the company's rules regarding anti-harassment laws and educate employees of their rights and compliance obligations. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. This template is intended for private employers. Employers may include this policy in an employee handbook or distribute it as a standalone policy. It is similar to the non-jurisdictional Anti-harassment Policy (with Acknowledgment), except that the content addresses issues specific to Oklahoma.
