Anti-harassment Policy
(with Acknowledgment) (OR)

Summary

This template is an anti-harassment policy used by Oregon-based employers. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. The policy covers key topics for anti-harassment policies including, among others, prohibited harassment, reporting policy violations, and enforcement. This template is intended for private employers and may be included in an employee handbook or distributed as a standalone policy. For a non-jurisdictional employee handbook, see Employee Handbook. Its language has been customized to comply with Oregon and federal law and is modeled after the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries' Model Policy on Workplace Fairness. As a result, the text of this template differs from the non-jurisdictional Anti-harassment Policy (with Acknowledgment).
