Amendment to Revocable Trust Agreement
(NJ)
Summary
This template is for use in amending certain provisions of a revocable trust agreement. By using this template, the grantor may amend the trust by adding, modifying, or deleting any number of provisions. This template includes practical guidance, drafting notes, and optional clauses. As an amendment typically includes only those additions, deletions, or modifications being made to the original trust agreement, the original trust agreement remains in effect except as amended. You would typically use an amendment when the grantor’s changes are not significant and do not affect many provisions of the trust.
