Affidavit (Substitutional Service) (AB)

Summary

This precedent is a standard affidavit of the plaintiff on an application for validation of service pursuant to r. 11.27 and substitutional service pursuant to r. 11.28 of the Alberta Rules of Court, Alta. Reg. 124/2010 ("Rules"). This precedent contains practical guidance, drafting notes, alternate clauses, and optional clauses.
