Summary
This precedent is a standard Affidavit under the r. 13.19 of the Alberta Rules of Court, Alta. Reg. 124/2010 ("Rules"), in support of an application for an order to strike and set aside pleadings under the r. 3.68(1)-(2)(a) of the Rules, on grounds that the Alberta courts lack jurisdiction. This precedent has been prepared in accordance with General Affidavit (Form 49) (AB) of the Rules, and includes practical guidance, drafting notes, and alternate clauses.
