15-Day Notice
(Commercial Eviction) (FL)

Summary

This 15-day notice may be used by a landlord in Florida to provide the statutorily required notice to a commercial tenant who is in default of a lease obligation other than the obligation to pay rent prior to filing an action for possession of the property. Under Florida law, unless the lease provides for some other cure period, the tenant should be given at least 15 days' written notice requiring the cure of a default other than the failure to pay rent. Fla. Stat. Ann. § 83.20(3). For a notice for use when the tenant has defaulted in its obligation to pay rent see 3-Day Notice (Commercial Eviction) (FL).
