Section 541 is central to the purposes to be achieved by the Bankruptcy Code. It creates a bankruptcy estate in every title 11 case. The estate, which comes into existence when a petition under section 301, 302 or 303 is filed, consists of all of the property that will be subject to the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court.1
