Exhibit is a complete and correct list of all credit agreements, indentures, purchase agreements, guaranties, capitalized leases, and other investments, agreements, and arrangements presently in effect providing for or relating to extensions of credit (including agreements and arrangements for the issuance of letters of credit or for acceptance financing) in respect of which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is in any manner directly or contingently obligated; and the maximum principal or face amounts of the credit in question, which are outstanding and which can be outstanding, are correctly stated, and all mortgages, deed of trust, pledge, lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance of any nature given or agreed to be given as security therefor are correctly described or indicated in such Exhibit.
