Summary
CPLR 3130–3133 govern the use of written interrogatories, the last disclosure device in Article 31. In actions in which interrogatories are permitted, they may be served by any party on any other party after commencement of an action. CPLR 3130(1).1 There are, however, several limitations on the use of interrogatories.
