Summary

This Contract, made and entered into effective this day of , by and between whose mailing address for all purposes is , hereafter called “Operator”, and , whose address is , hereinafter called “Non-Operator,” WHEREBY Operator has agreed to turnkey the drilling, as to Non-Operator’s interest, of a test well in search for oil and/or gas at the location and under the terms and conditions as are herein set forth.

1. There is annexed hereto an Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof for all purposes a description of the turnkey program under which Operator will drill a test well. Operator has agreed, and does hereby agree, to turnkey the drilling of the test well as to Non-Operator’s interest at a location and to the depth therein specified in Exhibit “B”, with operations for the drilling thereof to be commenced on or before the date specified, such well to be drilled in accordance with the turnkey program therein set forth.
