Summary

This template contains hypotheticals that employers can use in connection with the distribution of a company antitrust compliance policy or as part of their employee antitrust compliance training to reinforce the antitrust compliance policy and confirm that employees understand it. The hypotheticals are structured as a quiz that can be distributed, but they also may be used orally or as part of written presentation in a training session for nonlawyers or in CLEs or other antitrust training classes for lawyers.
