Summary

These arbitration clauses can be used to conduct an arbitration for: (1) the American Arbitration Association (AAA). (2) the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), (3) the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and (4) the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). This template includes practical guidance, drafting notes, and alternate and optional clauses. This template provides that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the parties' agreement shall be submitted to mandatory final and binding arbitration before the applicable arbitral institution, such as the AAA, ICDR, ICC, or UNCITRAL and in accordance with the rules of the arbitral.
