On May 20, 2021, President Biden signed Executive Order 14030, Climate-Related Financial Risk (E.O. 14030 of May 20, 2021) (Executive Order) to address the climate-related financial risks of federal programs. The Executive Order directs a number of federal agencies to take action to address climate-related financial risks.
