Summary

This survey addresses federal and state legislation, orders, rules, and guidance on coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination and testing for employees. Specifically, this survey addresses whether employers must require vaccination for certain employers or, conversely, whether there are restrictions on requiring employee vaccinations beyond existing disability/medical or religious exceptions to mandatory vaccination. Additionally, this survey addresses whether employers must pay for costs associated with employee COVID-19 tests and vaccinations, including for the time spent undergoing the testing and paid leave for vaccination.
