Summary

This practice note may be used to prepare a presentation to train personnel about the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR) and how to comply with it. The training materials provide an overview of the EU GDPR at supranational level. The EU GDPR provides for various national derogations and exemptions.
