Summary
This template is a reproductive health decisions policy that governs the privacy of employee and dependent reproductive health decisions and prohibits discrimination on the basis of an employee's or dependent's reproductive health decisions. This template contains practical guidance, drafting notes, and an alternate clause. New York Labor Law § 203-e governs the privacy of employee and dependent reproductive health decisions and prohibits discrimination on the basis of an employee's or dependent's reproductive health decisions. An employer that provides an employee handbook to its employees must include in the handbook notice of employee rights and remedies regarding legal protections for reproductive health decision making.
