This template is an employee housing agreement that employers may use to provide housing to employees. This template includes practical guidance, drafting notes, and alternate and optional clauses. This template is intended for private employers. It is based on federal law and does not address all potential state law distinctions. For example, you should review federal and state laws on deductions from wages if the employer plans to deduct rent directly from an employee's wages.
