Summary

The Investor Questionnaire supports and is an integral part of the Subscription Agreement. In the package of subscription documents provided to a prospective investor prior to the investor’s investment into the private investment fund/hedge fund, the Investor Questionnaire is the document that follows the Subscription Agreement (Subscription Agreement (Partnership / Hedge Fund)). In particular, the Investor Questionnaire provides greater detail and specificity as to exactly how a prospective investor is able to represent that it is an "accredited investor" and a "qualified purchaser" and its status as a restricted or unrestricted person with respect to "new issues."
