This template is a trademark license agreement. It grants to licensee the exclusive right to manufacture, sell, distribute, and advertise apparel bearing certain of licensor's trademarks, as well as the right to use those trademarks in connection with such activities. This template contains practical guidance, drafting notes, and optional clauses. Although the agreement is negotiated, many provisions are designed to provide additional protection to the licensee.
