This due diligence questionnaire template provides a comprehensive due diligence checklist to be used in connection with an asset acquisition. This questionnaire primarily includes documents and information that are necessary for legal due diligence. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. Typically, a buyer presents a list of required documents and other information it needs to review in connection with the proposed purchase very early in the process. Providing the documents on this list early in the process allows the buyer to evaluate the assets, and will assist with the negotiation of the transaction documents and the closing of the transaction itself.
