The attached is a checklist of the items required to be disclosed in a Form F-1. The descriptions of certain of the items are summary in nature and may not be complete. Please be sure to review the more detailed disclosure requirements for each item included in the Form F-1 (including the general instructions) and related SEC rules. This checklist is a general resource and it does not attempt to address exceptions that may be available in some cases.
