Affiliate Transactions Checklist for Insured Depository Institutions

Summary

This checklist should be used by practitioners, financial institutions, and institution affiliates to comply with Regulation W, which contains the requirements of Sections 23A and 23B of the Federal Reserve Act. Sections 23A and 23B (12 USCS §§ 371c and 371c-1) and implementing Regulation W, 12 CFR Part 223, place restrictions on transactions between financial institutions and their nonbank affiliates.
