Affirmative Action Plans: OFCCP Compliance

Summary

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requires certain government contractors and subcontractors to develop and maintain Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs). AAPs must be developed within 120 days from the commencement of a contract and must be updated annually. See 41 C.F.R. § 60-2.1(c); 41 C.F.R. § 60-300.40(b); 41 C.F.R. § 60-741.40(b)(2).
