This checklist provides sample dates for public companies to abide by when preparing and sending out a proxy statement and holding their annual meeting of stockholders in June 2024. The dates in this checklist are based on federal securities laws applicable to proxy statements, state corporate laws, the listing standards of national securities exchanges, and best practices. Please note that this checklist reflects the state corporate law of Delaware and should be modified to reflect the corporate law of the appropriate jurisdiction and particular circumstances of the company.
