This template is a Voting Leave Policy (with Acknowledgment) (NJ) that governs employees' entitlement to take leave from work to vote. It is intended for private employers. Employers may include this policy in an employee handbook or distribute it as a standalone policy. Neither federal nor New Jersey law requires employers to provide voting leave.
